Super Bowl Sunday has literally become a get-out-of-jail-free card for most Americans with regard to food-consumption. Amazing. Now, if the NFL would just move the game to Saturday we might get the absentee statistics for Monday down and perhaps sell even more food, TVs and such which would help our economy.
